G Payroll

The Payroll function is the crux of the HR department. It is the process of paying compensation to the employee for the work they have done which comprises (salary, overtime, perks, loans & advances, final settlements, and any other claims). ESS enable employees to select the available training course as per the scheduled training calendar for the year and raise request to the line manager. ESS helps to view their payslips, loan outstanding, leave balance etc. It facilitates employees to give their own ratings of the performance.

G Admin

This module facilitates the admin team’s job easier and faster by streamlining all the admin activities of the organization seamlessly. It helps the admin team maintain core documents relating to employees such as (Visas, Insurance, Vehicle, Tickets, and Business trips).

The Career-Portal helps the company to search for the right candidate for the right work. This module comprises job openings, enable Applicant to register, create competencies, upload and submit the resume, scheduling interviews, documentation of feedback, acquiring higher approvals, and sending offer letters.

The whole overview of the hiring process is made simple and in a smarter way. This helps the HR team to gain an effortless recruitment experience process. A good Career Portal ensures HR team to retain and engage the talent for the organization.

Time and Attendance can help HR to track each employee more efficiently by integrating with Biometric devices for the recording of Time and Attendance. It simplifies the process; the employee must just log in and log out. The device automatically clocks the accurate and real-time of the employee.

This prevents time clock fraud and unnecessary payroll expenses and control absenteeism. Also helps the manager to allocate the right work to the right employees according to their shifts. This can also be integrated with
