Global iTS will implement (HR, Payroll and Employee Self Service) on Dynamics 365 for operations. Employees will be using mobile app to access the self service.

About NRAA:
NRAA is under government of Oman ITA Authority. They has significant role in organizing and managing government documents aiming to develop the field of documentation and improve it, as well as work on encouraging the scientific research and intellectual and artistic creativity.
They focus on document organization by modern management across the three age stages, also they responsible to document all what people know on the history of the homeland and have not been written down. They also can record citizens’ documents with the National Documents and Archives Authority and keep them from being lost.
